Overview
We've decided to focus on computing in memory for this project. Initial research focused on Memristor based machine learning accelerators. However, this requires custom PDKs or a Verilog model. Instead we settled on 6T SRAM Compute. The paper is really good and has detailed breakdowns of each block, making implementation very straight forward.
