Circuit Loading

A Source can only output a finite amount of Voltage or Current depending on its Output Impedance. When a load is connected, it can degrade the source’s output.

When loading a source
- keep to minimize voltage drop (see Voltage Divider)
- keep to minimize current drop (see Current Divider)
exceptions apply for RF Circuits where Matching is more important
